Training: Community Kitchen is full-time, 14-week culinary course with possible internship at a local restaurant. Learn about the industry, work readiness skills, and hands-on experience. Class sessions are scheduled several times each year. Call to find out when the next class starts.

Entry requirements: State ID or drivers’ license; social security card; current BCI; health insurance; high school diploma or GED; interview.
