Garden Time collaborates with Rhode Island green industry practitioners to ensure that students are taught industry-standard relevant skills. The Garden Time to Work Training Guide was developed with input from these partners. As a result of these collaborations, students receive much of their hands-on training from potential employers. Our collaborative approach has helped jumpstart the creation of a supportive network of community partners and potential employers for our students after they are released.
